Finding a yogurt that feels filling without turning breakfast into a full production can be harder than it should be. The new :ratio Pro-Fiber yogurt line aims to make that easier with a simple promise: more fiber in a creamy, protein-friendly snack.

I don't normally do many product reviews, but this may be a new go-to product for me (my other favorite yogurt at the moment is Oikos Pro options). OK, my fridge will have both plus some Aldi brand Greek yogurt if we are being honest.

At under $2 per cup, the new :ratio Pro-Fiber (short for Protein-Fiber) has 20g protein and 10g fiber. Two birds, one inexpensive stone!

What makes ratio Pro-Fiber different

Most yogurt shoppers already look for protein, lower sugar, or a thick texture. Fiber is often missing from that conversation. Fiber is only found in plants, so it gets left out of the protein spotlight. This yogurt is fortified with fiber from corn fiber and chickory root fiber, helping us get in those often-lacking fiber sources.

Not just for breakfast on the run, Greek yogurt like this can come in handy for

  • A more filling snack

  • An easy breakfast base

  • Something quick after a workout or busy afternoon between work and kids activities

  • A fridge staple that does not require prep

  • Dessert for those needing to squeeze in a bit more protein

It also pairs well with other simple foods. Add berries for freshness, nuts for crunch, or a small handful of cereal if you want more texture.

You can browse the ratio Pro-Fiber yogurt collection to see the current flavors and product details.

Which flavor are you wanting to try?
